DJ X0Duzz & DJ LuckyDing - Kings of Krunk
If you know me personally, you know I drink quite a bit of energy drinks. Mainly Amp and Monster. Amp seems to be disappearing around my area for some strange reason but I tend to find it here and there. Remember the energy drink that Lil Jon was a part of? Crunk Juce. (Spelled like that) Anyways, what does it mean to be Krunk? I always hear different meaning from so many people.
This has nothing to do with the album but if you’ve read this far, congrats. I really like this album and maybe this album could be a start for the definition of Krunk. When I first heard this album I was like, dude these are amazing remixes. To my ears, it sounded like the ultimate pro versions of the Asian Breakbeat I’ve been listening to. It had clean mixes, good transition, and just enough creativity that didn’t go too far. For some reason, when I first received the album, it wasn’t in proper order and missing about a second from each track. This obviously wasn’t a new thing, but it took me a very long time to put them together and even find the names of the songs. I also didn’t even know the album name. Until one day I found it for download and all my efforts went to waste. Track 11 is one of my favorites.
