DJ Dopey & DJ Smurf v.1
It’s dope. When I first heard how the term “Dope” I thought it meant stupid. Until I was corrected and thought, “When did that term change?” Well, I was obviously not in the slang terms as much as I was. Just a random thought for you to read. Anyways, this album was clearly in the early age of the Asian Breakbeat scene. I say that because the volume of the album is very high and if you have have the trained ears, you’ll hear what I speak of. Anyways, this album was interesting. My first introduction to Dopey was with his collaboration with Babyboi and I think that album is still very popular. This album is the first time hearing Smurf’s stuff. Overall, this is a pretty good album and I’m sure a lot can have a fun house party with this album, if that was your thing.
