Throwback Breakbeat & Freestyle - Volume 02
Another great hit from some of us DJ’s still keeping breakz alive. It was an honor being featured in this second volume but I was asked by DJ Smooth T to mix it and that was a great pleasure. So during the mix, I wanted to tell a story. A simple story at that. I put the songs that had the qualities of an old school feeling towards the beginning then transitioning to a more trance like feel and finally ending with calmness. I also had the mindset of a DJ set. Usually in the beginning of the party we kind of play the songs that isn’t at the peak of the party and transition to the hype in the middle and slowly ending smoothly. I do hope you enjoy this album and spread this wonderful genre that we’re trying to keep alive.
